• It features air conditioning (on every floor a part the second one that has a ventilator), Safety box, Satellite TV and free WiFi.
• An extra bed for a child.
• An underground garage
• A nice small garden

Here is what you can do in your holiday:

- Go to the beach just 1.2 km
- Do some shopping in the city center just 1.4 km or in the area surrounded by different restaurants, tennis courts, a supermarket and a bar.
- Visit beautiful places in the nature surrounded by pine forests and green meadows.
- Practice many sports such as golf, sailing, water-skiing. Almost behind the house, there is a really nice walk way good for cycling, skating, running or walking around sea.
- Have an authentic local experience.

This property very clean, spacious and for a group of 7 people, has been built in the '90s and completely renovated in 2013. It's in great condition with modern and antique furniture. Very quiet and calm neighborhood.

In this villa you will have access to the three floors and a basement with laundry, fitness and an entertainment room. Also you will have shared access with the other people of the residence to the swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols.

Discover Lignano on a bike!

In Terrazza Mare you can find more than 1000 bicycles for adults and children ( with child's seat). A FREE ride for all day long. Make sure you give back the bicycle before 19.

Enjoy the beach

Our guests can spend their day on the wonderful beach of Lignano Riviera with its fine golden sand. If you want you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas (from 9,30 to 15,60€) that will provide comfort and shade when the temperature starts rising.

All children are welcome:

* Children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
* All children under 12 years are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.
* All further older children or adults are charged EUR 40 per night for extra beds.
* The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
