This complex with 90 apartments was built in the '80s that look out onto a swimming pool.Our two apartments are in excellent condition, with a contemporary and accessible. In a quiet area and the two apartments were completely renovated in 2014.

It is located in Rodia, Messina:

- At 50 meters from the beach,
- At 100 meters from the center
- 1 km from storage for boats and camping "Marmora"

With Mary you will find:

Apartment for six people with two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, garden / terrace bordering the swimming pool, outdoor patio, indoor and outdoor dining area, barbecue, air conditioning and heating, vortex blower in bedrooms, wall safe, private parking in front of the apartment.

Wanting the two apartments? With an another opening they can become one large apartment for 10 people at most. The two apartments are located on the ground floor.

All children are welcome:

* Children under 3 are free! All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cribs / cots children.
* The maximum number of beds / cots for extra children in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or baby cot / crib is available on request and subject to confirmation by the management.

Pets are allowed at no additional cost.

Every morning in the complex there are:
