This residence with 13 rooms has been built in October 1784.It's in great condition with classic and affordable accommodations. In a quiet area surrounded by a park of old oaks, flowerbeds, ponds and house of fowls.

In the residence you can find more than 10 mountain bikes for adults and children. A small fee to ride all day long. Make sure you give back the bicycle to get your id and deposit back.

Our guests can spend their day on the wonderful beach of Patti with small rocks. If you want you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas (from EUR 7,00 to 11,00). Or enjoy horse riding, trekking, excursion in the area on the islands.

- During the summer the property may only be bookable for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday.

- The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Crib is € 5.00 per day with reservation

In order to get to the apartment you need to drive curves in the mountain. It's not a big deal if you are a rally driver, enjoy it! You can hike in the typical cozy villages around the Nebrodi Park, in the Eolian Islands, the Greek theater of Tindari, the Marinello lakes and beaches only 20 minutes from home.

Car rentals:
In this area and in Sicily there are few public transportation available so the best is to rent a car or choose our airport transfer and shuttle service for shopping or excursion.
We recommend you consult a site like Rental Cars where you can find the major car rental companies.
From Catania airport by car you can make the highway to Messina and Palermo and exit at Patti then going up to San Piero Patti. Or follow the motorway from Palermo to Messina and exit at Patti.
In order to reach the apartment you need to drive on the curves in the mountains. If you are a rally driver, enjoy it!
Public transport
- 100 m from the hotel or in the city center there are urban bus lines from Azienda Siciliana Trasporti, 4 times a day, for San Piero Patti during the all year:

- There are also trains arriving at the station of Patti and from there you can take a bus or taxi to the apartment.
