Here is what you can do in your holiday:

- Go to the beach just 6 km and 15 minutes with bus. In compare of Las Americas the most beautiful with a lot of palms so you do not need sun umbrella..
- Do some shopping in the city center (3 minutes walking from the apartment).
- Visit beautiful places in the nature like Teide and National park. 
- Play sports directly on the Marina and port free activities for gym.
- Have an authentic local experience.

This residence with 3 suite has been built in the '50 and refurbished in 2009. This residence consists of:

- 2 suite for four persons,
- 1 suite for five people,
- 1 shared terrace

Our guests can spend their day on the wonderful beach of Santa Cruz with its fine sand and beautiful palm trees. If you want you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas (from 2,50€ pre day) that will provide comfort and shade when the temperature starts rising.

Contact Elio and Linn for any help in different languages (English, Italian, Norwegian and French) and for emergency (by email, phone, chat).

In this Residence you will meet the owners Enrica or Lucia that will help you with everything for your holiday (massage, yoga, excursions, meals and more). Contact them by email, phone and on person.

As a guest, you have all the privacy a suite has to offer, so please make yourself at home.

All children are welcome:

* Children under 2 years are Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
* The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Free! Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

* Excursion (4 hours) in the sea with a small yacht for a dolphin, wales and turtle watching with included buffet meal for €45 per person (1 hour from the apartment). Also excursion to Teide and the National park.
