Between the two most important marinas, near city center of Lignano Sabbiadoro and the beach, is located our Residence. A relaxing holiday in one of the 22 different types of apartments for all your needs, 2-7 persons, with air-conditioned, shared garden, free Wi-Fi and welcome package. In this residence there are several apartments in one building very similar with just minor changes so we can not guarantee the apartment number only the category, the number of bedrooms, location, amenities. Also the pictures are representative of the category of apartment.

Here is what you can do in your holiday:

• Go to the beach just 350 m and few minutes walking. In compare of Bibione with just few people usually.
• Do some shopping in the city center just 10 minutes walking and 250 meters
• Visit beautiful places in the nature like Marano lagoon and Hemingway park in Lignano.
• Play sports like tennis, ping pong or swimming in the Sporting Darsena close the apartment.
• Have an authentic local experience.

This residence with 22 apartments has been built in the '80s. It's in good condition with very affordable apartments with access to swimming pool, hot tub, sun decks, and generally in a quiet area. This residence consists of:

• 8 apartments vela (3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14) for up to 4 persons;
• 6 apartments ancora (a, p, c, d, e, f) for 5+1 people;
• 4 apartments bussola (1, 5, 12, 16) for 6 people;
• 4 apartment veliero (2, 6, 11, 15) for 7 people.

Ancora Type (a, p, c, d, e, f)

Guest access

DEPOSIT IS NOT REQUESTED

Guests are welcome to use the apartment and common area of the Residence during their stay including the small front garden with BBQ and the Private free parking. On top the swimming pool with hot tub, playground for children in the Sporting Club Darsena Sabbiadoro walking distance from the apartment.

In Terrazza Mare you can find more than 1000 bicycles for adults and children ( with child's seat). A FREE ride for all day long. Make sure you give back the bicycle before 19.

Enjoy the beach

Our guests can spend their day on the wonderful beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro with its fine golden sand. If you want you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas (from 9,30 to 15,60€) that will provide comfort and shade when the temperature starts rising.

Interaction with guests

Contact Elio and Linn for any help in different languages (English, Italian, Norwegian and French) and for emergency (by email, phone, chat).

In this Residence you will meet the owners Ettore or Angelina that will help you with everything for your holiday. Contact them by email, phone and on person.

As a guest, you have all the privacy an apartment has to offer, so please make yourself at home.

Other things to note

All children are welcome:

* Children under 3 years are Free! All children under 3 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
* The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
