Come and explore this cozy apartment in the center of Hyères for a memorable stay. Situated on a quiet street, on the first floor of an attractive building, our apartment offers a spacious 80 m2 area with beautiful vintage tiles. It features two large bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a spacious shower, and small balconies.

The space

Our recently renovated apartment is 80m2 and carefully decorated. It has two spacious bedrooms with double beds, storage closets, hangers, pillows, and duvets.

The kitchen area features a large dining table for 6 people and is equipped with hobs, a microwave, a fridge with a freezing area, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a Senseo coffee machine. Please use the provided wooden boards for cutting your food. We also offer dishes, kitchen utensils, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil.

The kitchen is open to the living room, where you can relax on a large sofa bed with a meridian, along with armchairs to watch TV. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

The bathroom includes a spacious shower and a washbasin with storage drawers. The toilet is separate. Shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided.

We take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly by a professional cleaning company.

To ensure a pleasant stay, we kindly request your cooperation in keeping the place in perfect condition. Smoking, vaping, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Any damages or excessive cleaning may result in a deduction from your security deposit.

Check-in is from 5pm, and please let us know if you have any special requests. Check-out is at 10am.

Other things to note

Guests need to bring their own sheets and towels. Check-in instructions will be available on your Airbnb reservation 24 hours before arrival. Arrivals and departures are done autonomously with a key box. Check-in is from 5 pm and check-out is before 10 am. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and any evidence of smoking may result in a deposit of at least €600.
