Our guests can spend their day on the wonderful beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro with its fine golden sand. If you want you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas (from 9,30 to 15,60€).

Interaction with guests

Contact Elio and Linn for any help in different languages (English, Italian, Norwegian and French) and for emergency.

In this Residence you will meet the owners Francesco, Sonia or Alice that will help you with everything for your holiday.

Other things to note

All children are welcome:

* Children under 3 years are Free! All children under 3 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
* The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Free! Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Choose our amazing excursion in:
- The Marano Lagoon with our boat for 170 person for a an evening trip of 4 hours for 16€ per person.
- Venice on Wednesday with a bus and vaporetto for 36€ per person.
- Trieste on Friday for 19€ per person.

Every excursion is made by our trained guide in Check, Russian and Slovakian only.
